ABOUT YOUR COACHES
 

Ryan Thomas-

Strength and Conditioning Level 4,
MMA coach and fighter.

Ryan has been coaching combat sports for the last 3 years and training MMA for 7 years, due to injury Ryan is no longer able to compete and pursued his passion of coaching strength & conditioning and personal training.

Ryans mainly trains Muay Thai, MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is a big advocate for functional strength training specialising in Kettlebells.

Ryan will be focusing on using elite and proven Strength and Conditioning methods to build functional and fundamental strength for every day life as well as to help people prepare for sports competitions

Luke Haberfield-

BSc Sport and Exercise Science

Level 3 Qualified Personal Training

Level 4 Exercise Referall

Luke has over 10 years’ experience within the fitness industry working with clients on a 1-1 basis and
has been a mainstay group training instructor within the Barrow and Warrington area working out of
several gyms and training 100s of people to become fitter and develop healthier lifestyles. Luke
enjoys hybrid training; exercising outdoors by running or hiking and training within a gym
environment. His emphasis is on building a good functional foundation using modalities such as
strength training, mobility and endurance in turn coaching people to build and mould themselves
into a healthier, fitter and stronger individual.

The Program will be delivered using the custom branded Peak App. This is where you will find everything you need. Including daily habit coaching, nutritional guidance and macro breakdowns. 1-1 check ins and messaging with your Peak coaches. Full exercise technique and breakdowns and of course all programmed workouts. Also you can track your food with the built in food diary and upload your progress pictures to keep track of your transformation!
